• How do I place a bid?
  To participate in our online auctions, sign up on the site (ProxiBid, HiBid) the listings are located to become a registered bidder.
• What is a Buyer's Premium?
  The Buyer's Premium is paid by the buyer and used to compensate the auctioneer representing the seller. 
• Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Yes. Any item purchased, we will charge an additional 6.75% county sales tax.
• Can I inspect the items before the auction?
  Yes. Clover Auctions will advertise the public inspection periods and we recommend you perform any inspections before auction day. The dates and times for public inspection are listed on each auction detail page. 
• When can I pick up the items I won?
  All items MUST be picked up the day and time listed on each auction listing. We do not hold items or deliver. You must have a paid receipt in order to pick up your items. It is imporatant to note: ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE RELISTED WITHOUT REFUND. So please keep this in mind prior to placing a bid.
• Can I return items after purchase?
  We do our best to accurately describe each item in the listing. Please refer to the images as well for best description. Keep in mind that all items sold are "As Is, Where Is" and sales are final, we do not accept returns. If you are unsure about an item and need additional photos or have any questions, please notify us PRIOR to making  any bid. 
• Terms & Conditions
  As a bidder, you must be at least 18 years old and all of your information that you enter must be accurate. Placing and winning a bid at the end of the auction is a binding contract between the buyer and Clover Auctions and cannot be retracted.
• Can I have my items shipped?
  Shipping may be available for some auction items at the buyer's expense plus a $15 convenience fee. Please contact us 24 hours prior to the start of the auction if you think you'd like to have your item(s) shipped or have any general questions regarding shipping.
